2. Your Compliance Responsibilities
As the company posting a job, you are solely responsible for ensuring the goods are legal to transport and correctly described, providing accurate pickup/delivery information, complying with all applicable UK regulations including HSE, CDM, and load safety requirements, and verifying the driver's insurance and compliance directly before agreeing to a job.
3. Insurance
LoadLink does not verify driver insurance. If your job requires minimum Goods in Transit or public liability cover, you must confirm this directly with the driver before agreeing to a job. LoadLink accepts no liability for uninsured losses.
4. Data & Privacy
Your contact details (name, phone, email) will be visible to drivers browsing the platform. By posting, you consent to this. Data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
5. Limitation of Liability
LoadLink is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from any transport job posted or completed through this platform. All contracts are formed directly between the company and the driver.
